Context

With the rise in e-tourism pure players and the airbnb shock, the actors of the sector need to reinvent themselves. Accor Hotels have accelerated their transformation and intensified the implementation of their digital strategy. Adfab has passed the partner stage as referenced by Accor's technology office. Adfab is thus now more and more brought to work on projects that are more varied and complex.

Challenges

Solutions put in place must be reproductible, adaptables, innovative and able integrate themselves in the technology office's strategy plan. They must answer to two distinct issues: give to the company's marketing department an adapted tool while facilitating the company's technology office intervention on all these tools

Our added value

Adfab is the partner and the missing link betwen the IT Direction and marketing direction for all AccorHotels brands. Adfab has endorsed the role of coordination and execution : working on early stages (project management, technical consulting, project conception), working during all the life cycle of the product and ensuring the training of Accorhotels technical teams
